Lowcountry Legal Volunteers holds different educational clinics by topic:  

Disaster Recovery Clinics:  Will be held monthly over the next six months at different community locations, with the first one being January 31st at the St. Helena Library from 4-6pm.  Other dates, locations, and times TBD.  These clinics are open to the public and will cover issues regarding Landlord/Tenant rights, Employment Rights and provide important information necessary to protect yourself legally in these areas, should another disastrous storm occur.  Call 843-815-1570 with any questions regarding these clinics.   

Pro Se Divorce clinics are held quarterly. Pro se clinics help clients help themselves by walking through the steps of an uncontested divorce with an experienced attorney.

Prospective clinic attendees must meet the LCLV income qualifications, have no minor children and have been separated from their spouse for more than one year. Please call 843.815.1570 to see if you qualify to register. Bi-lingual services available. Our next clinic will be held at our offices on March 30th, 2017.

Health Care Power of Attorney Clinics:  Get a free HCPOA at our office on March 31st, 2017.  You do not have to qualify for our services to come to this event and get your Free HCPOA.  But you must register by calling 843-815-1570.  

Custody, Immigration, and Deportation Q & A Clinic:  Stand by, date and time TBD for Mid March, 2017
